It is an old axiom in our business that we should welcome a service request from an existing client since it provides a wonderful opportunity to uncover changes in the client's circumstances that might require a change in their insurance needs.
However, many successful financial service professionals are finding their client's insurance portfolios require review on a more regular basis. Many are now heavily emphasizing with their clients the need for insurance portfolio reviews annually or biannually at the time of the initial sale.
